Two new classes starting Thursday 2nd April
Pilatchi – 8.30am
Pilatchi is a gentle, flowing fusion of Pilates and Tai Chi, combining controlled strength work with slow, mindful movement. The class helps to improve balance, posture, core strength and flexibility, while the smooth sequences support joint health, stability and overall mobility.

It’s a low-impact class suitable for all levels and leaves you feeling stronger, centred and refreshed.
Bands are used in this class and can be hired through us for £4 per class.

A fun and friendly class where you can enjoy learning easy-to-follow routines set to great music. Line dancing is a fantastic way to boost coordination, improve fitness and have a good laugh while exercising together.
